Whilst you sail to the beautiful beaches of Papagayo, relax and enjoy the views of the coastline, where you can spend an hour or two sunbathing and relaxing on the deck of the boat sipping your ice cold drinks, or cooling off in the beautiful crystal clear waters.  On the way back the crew will feed the fish and you can view them from the glass bottomed part of the boat. All the camels are actually dromedaries which have only one hump.

These creatures have become synonymous with Lanzarote over the years.

For this trek they use individual saddles you will be accompanied by a guide and the animals are attached to each other for safety. They also provide a helmet.

This is suitable for children from 7 years old

It is a wonderful experience, never to be forgotten.

You will even be presented with your own camel driving license!

For those who prefer, wagon rides pulled by camels are also available.

we recommend a beautiful riding centre near Puerto Calero, and only 5 minutes from Puerto del Carmen. This well established equestrian centre has been a major attraction on Lanzarote for many years,
The riding tours take place every day between 10 am and 6 pm.
All the excursions are accompanied by an experienced guide.
It is better to wear comfortable clothes, long trousers and closed shoes.

The obligatory riding hats are provided for all our clients.

A ride out for everyone, you don’t need experience, and even children from 7 years of age can come with us. This ride takes you through the typical landscape of Lanzarote, on a mountain called Montaña Casa.

90 minute trek: 40€ *Including a soft drink*

This excursion is for everyone, too, you don’t need to be an experienced rider. We ride up in the mountains passing through Uga village continuing back to the centre. On the way there are wonderful views on the National Park of Timanfaya and parts of La Geria.

120 minute trek: 50€ *Including a soft drink*

Only for experienced riders.
Depending on the weather we ride either through the beautiful landscape of La Geria or to the village of Playa Quemada, along the coast to Puerto Calero and then back to the centre.

There are also well natured ponies in the stables for younger children and wagon rides for the less adventures

For the really enthusiastic rider they offer riding lessons in the centres paddock.

About Submarine Safaris
The Submarine was established in the summer of 1997. The first and only real Submarine on the island. It brought a new dimension to the island, enabling one and all from young to old to enjoy the magical mysteries of the undersea world.
Since our first dive we have established a unique relationship with the undersea world surrounding Puerto Calero. Many species of fish visit the area and are attracted to the submarine by our unique fish feeding program.
SUB FUN TRES (the name of our submarine) was built at a cost of 3.5 million US Dollars. She is designed for safety and total comfort so our passengers can fully enjoy their dive. The actual dive will take approx. one hour.
This includes boarding and disembarking the submarine. Each dive carries a tour guide who will give a comprehensive explanation about the dive and submarine. Cameras are perfectly suitable for taking pictures inside the submarine. We recommend a high speed film (400 ASA) in order to capture all the sights.
Onboard the submarine you will be allocated your personal seat, right in front of the submarines large viewing ports, ensuring total viewing pleasure to the outside underwater world. Each view port has its own TV monitor giving you alternative viewing angles, along with a digital display panel giving continuous information about the submarine.

We offer a free daily bus service when you book your dive from Costa Teguise and Puerto del Carmen to our offices in Puerto Calero. A bus service is also offered from Playa Blanca on set days (details given when booking).
Passengers coming by Submarine Bus will be given a pick up time when making their booking. Passengers making their own way to Puerto Calero must be at the Submarines Reception Centre 30 minutes prior to their dive time.
This will give them time to obtain their boarding cards and complete their personal details.

Catamaran Sailing

Arriving at the beautiful beaches of Papagayo, we drop anchor and it is time for a relaxing swim or snorkelling in the crystal clear waters. The more adventurous can enjoy a free jet-ski ride with our professional instructor.
As you dry off in the sun, lunch is served on board: a delicious meal of pasta with a choice of tuna or vegetarian sauce, salad, and bread and butter. After a final swim, we raise anchor and sail gently back along the coast to port. With a drink in your hand, you can look out for dolphins and pilot whales as the end to a perfect day…
Excursions on board our luxury catamaran are truly popular with Corporate groups that wish to organise incentive weeks here in Lanzarote. Departing from various pick up points towards Playa Blanca quay, we board for the 30 minute crossing to the Corralejo quay in Fuerteventura we then leave for Betancuria, where we will visit the Santa Maria house (multivision Included). The tour continues through Toto, Tuinejo and Tiscamanita, we will then reach Antigua . Lunch included in route. On our return to the North, the tour continues along the coast to Corralejo Dunes Nature Park where, weather permitting, we will stop for a swim. We will then return to Corralejo quay for the crossing back to Playa Blanca, returning to pick up points about 19.15.
